Real Brokerage · New Braunfels, Texas

Curious about Real? See the numbers.

I'm Allen Corona. Five years in real estate, at Real since December 2023, a New Braunfels office, and a network of 43 agents who found me on their own. If you're weighing brokerages, I put the split, the cap, the fees and the stock side by side against four others. No pitch deck. Just the table.

The comparison

Five cloud brokerages. One table.

These are the numbers I pulled when I compared the models myself. Real sits in the highlighted column. Read across, not just down.

Commission to cap is the total commission (GCI) you earn before you stop paying the brokerage its split. I worked it out as cap divided by the brokerage's share, using the higher cap option where a brokerage offers two, and the 85/15 split for ROA. A dash means I did not compare that item, not that the brokerage has none. Swipe the table sideways on your phone.

Why agents look at Real

What the model actually gives you.

A low, flat cost to operate

No monthly fee. Once you hit the $12,000 cap, you keep the rest of your commission for the year, minus a small per deal fee.

Stock you can earn

Real is publicly traded as REAX. Agents can earn stock awards for capping and can buy stock through a company match program. Stock can go up or down, so treat it as a bonus, not a paycheck.

Revenue share across 5 tiers

When agents you bring in close deals, you can earn a share of the company dollars. It rewards helping people, not just recruiting them.

Built in

The tools that come with Real.

reZEN

Real's own platform for running your business. Transactions, commission tracking, cap status, revenue share and stock award status all live in one place, and it works as a mobile app.

Leo

An AI assistant built into reZEN. It can check transaction documents for errors, break down your commission after closing, and write branded social posts from MLS data. Voice works too.

Leo 2.0 Beta

The next step for Leo. It's built to handle lead follow up, marketing and back office work for you. It's in beta and rolling out in stages, so ask me where it stands today.

What the table leaves out.

  • $0 a month is not $0 in fees. Real also charges the one time $249 sign up fee, an annual brokerage fee, and a small fee on each transaction. Ask me for the current amounts and I'll send them straight.
  • Caps and splits change. Brokerages update their plans. My numbers were gathered in early 2026, so check each company's current plan before you decide.
  • Your production matters more than the logo. A cap only helps if you close enough deals to use it. I'm happy to run your real numbers against each model.

Who you'd be talking to

A working agent, not a recruiter.

Commission to cap is a calculation based on the split and cap shown, not a guarantee of earnings. Stock awards and stock prices are not guaranteed and can lose value.
